FOOD IN TUSCANY

Day 1 

Morning: Arrival in Florence.

Afternoon: Guided visit of Florence,  One of the most iconic art cities of the world, Florence is an open air-museum. From Piazza Santa Maria Novella, continuing towards Piazza del Duomo with the Cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower, Baptistery, and Piazza della  Signoria with its Palazzo Vecchio, the Ponte Vecchio to finish the tour in Piazza Santa Croce, for an unforgettable scenery. 

Evening: hotel accommodation and dinner in restaurant

Day 2

Morning: enjoy a pasta making course . Starting with atheory lesson and then learn how to make dough and a sauce. At the end of lunch with tasting of the prepared.

Afternoon: transfer to a farm where it will be possible to visit an apiary with honey tasting

Evening: dinner in restaurant

Day 3

Morning: transfer to Montecarlo of Lucca for a guided tour of a vinery farm with taste of local products. Continue to Lucca for a guided visit of the city.

Afternoon:  return to Florence and start a pizza making course with pizza dinner at the end.

Day 4

Morning: back home

Morning:arrival in Bologna a city with many souls, where history, modernity, tradition, culture and food & wine live together for centuries.

Afternoon: visit of the the city center with Piazza Maggiore, the Gothic Basilica of San Petronio, Palace of Re Enzo, the fountain of Neptune, Palace of ‘Archiginnasio and the two towers of Garisenda and Asinelli.

Evening: accommodation in hotel. Dinner and night.

Day 2

Morning: time to discover typical products with the visit of a cheese factory with taste of Parmigiano Reggiano and the visit of a balsamic vinegar factory with tasting.

Afternoon: visit of a farm with cattle breeding and sausage production

Evening: Dinner and night.

Day 3

Morning: fresh pasta course in Bologna

Afternoon: Ice cream making course

Evening: Dinner and night.

Day 4

Morning: back home
